Hi. I’m Annie.

I’m a somatic practitioner and coach — even though I kinda think the word “coach” might make you think of sports, or goal-setting, or rigid frameworks. I do the opposite of those things.

Instead, I’m much more of a guide. I’m here to come alongside you as you access your own inner wisdom.

I work with women who are seeking more and seeking home. They are navigating life transitions, have persistent or invisible health conditions, have probably maxed out the healthcare system, and they’re ready to relate to their bodies differently. And they’re starting to wonder… is the call coming from inside the house?

I believe our embodied, living intelligence is the most reliable, powerful — and yes, magical — source of healing.

How I got here

I know this path because I've lived it. Toxic mold exposure was the first domino. For years, I lived in a body that didn't make sense. I chased practitioners and supplements and spent far too much time with Google. I did what so many of us do: I held on by my fingernails, pushed through, and told semi-truths about how I was doing to myself and others. All while I was crumbling behind the scenes of my own life.

While there have been many ‘aha’ moments along the way, the first was at the end of a flare day, when I did a guided felt-sense meditation with a trusted mentor. I traveled into my body. I tracked my headache and started listening, quite literally. After 20 minutes, my headache lifted.

That moment cracked the door open for me; it was time to actually pay attention to my body, to treat her with reverence and trust.

I would learn that my fear, hypervigilance and pursuit of solutions outside of myself had actually pushed me further into dis-ease. These efforts were communicating to my body: I am not safe. I cannot heal.

Which is the furthest thing from the truth. And this is why somatic work is so much more than another modality; it is a righteous rebellion. Our bodies offer wisdom that no test result or protocol can provide. That's the perspective and approach I bring to every session.

How I work

My sessions weave together somatic, body-based practices and coaching conversation. In each session, I’ll meet you where you are. We slow down, notice what's here, and build a sense of safety and trust in your body, at a pace that honors your energy and capacity.

Coaching, as a discipline, invites us into the present moment in order to make future-focused, sustainable shifts. While we begin in the realm of insight, the power of the coaching relationship lies in bringing those insights into your daily life, mindset, and health.

Together, we dive into the areas you want to work on — which can be anything from the practical to the emotional. If it’s your flavor, we can invite in the mystical with a card pull or a guided meditation.

You lead. My role is simply presence.

To be clear: somatic work is not a substitute for necessary and vital medical treatment or trauma therapy, but it is deeply supportive of your foundational healing and growth. If the topics or support you need require therapeutic support, I will refer you to trusted practitioners.
